У startup нет в зависимостях /sbin/fsck поэтому может случится ситуация, как случилась у меня что e2fsprogs уже не предоставляет /sbin/fsck, а util-linux еще не поставлен.

В результате загрузка останавливается на 145ой строке
initlog -c "fsck -Tay $fsckoptions /"

Версии последние из Сизифа:
