attr-2.4.43-alt3 in Sisyphus is too old.

attr-2.4.44 was released in August of 2009,
HEAD of git://git.savannah.nongnu.org/attr contains several important post-release bugfixes,
HEAD of git://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/attr also contains some fresh bugfixes.

URL of the project seems to be http://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/attr nowadays.
License tag should be corrected from LGPL to GPLv2+.

Also, please build without -DNDEBUG unless necessary.

Far attr itself only, for libattr it should remain LGPLv2+.
