Попытка использовать модуль приводит к ошибке:

/usr/bin/perl: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib64/perl5/auto/DBD/InterBase/InterBase.so: undefined symbol: isc_vax_integer

Модуль оказался недолинкованным с libfbclient
Данный патч решает проблему: http://git.altlinux.org/people/crux/packages/?p=perl-DBD-InterBase.git;a=commitdiff;h=e1460354
