На сервере HP Proliant DL380G5 при использовании ядра 2.6.32-ovz-el-alt40.M60P.2
 в /var/log/kernel/errors при перезагрузке появляется ошибка  kernel: [    0.023999] [Firmware Bug]: the BIOS has corrupted hw-PMU resources (MSR 186 is 43003c)

bios последней версии
dmesg приложен

Вначале думал что это аппаратная проблема, но HP уже фиксировала схожую проблему на ядрах RH - http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?objectID=c02911009
