regular-rescue-latest-x86_64.iso от июл 31
после загрузки при отработке /root/.i18n
ругань, что указана неизвестная локаль en_US.utf8

надо поменять на en_US.UTF-8

Я не припомню в чём было дело, но проблема была исправлена как-то иначе.
