Стенд обновлён до Сизифа

Версия: kde5-ktorrent-21.12.3-alt1.x86_64

Шаги воспроизведения: 
1) Открыть ktorrent
2) Открыть вкладку "Модули"
3) Выбрать модуль "Завершение работы"
Результат: нет кнопки для работы с модулем, в настройках нет способа для применения.
В терминале: 
$ ktorrent
Warning: cannot find .rc file "ktorrent_shutdownui.rc" for component "ShutdownPlugin"

Остальные модули применяются.

Ожидаемый результат: модуль доступен для работы, в настройках есть возможность для применения.

Баг не воспроизводится в версии пакета kde5-ktorrent-22.04.1-alt1.x86_64
