Такая проблема упоминается в
https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues/18817
Исправлено в systemd-250
Но в сизифе уже 251, но такие ошибки в cron продолжаются. Так что баг похожий, но видимо другой.

Это, по всей видимости, ошибка в pam_systemd.
