Тестовые стенды:
Alt Workstation K 10.1 x86-64
Alt Workstation 10.1 x86-64
Alt Education/Education-kde 10.1 x86-64

Шаги для воспроизведения:
1. Установить firefox: 
# apt-get install firefox

2. Запустить firefox из терминала: 
$ firefox

Ожидаемый результат: успешный запуск браузера без ошибок 
Реальный результат: браузер открывается, но в терминале возникает ошибка 

[ERROR glean_core] Error setting metrics feature config: Json(Error("EOF while parsing a value", line: 1, column: 0))

О похожих ошибках сообщают пользователи и других ос, использующих firefox версии>=112

Исходя из этого можно предположить, что данное поведение - ошибка в апстриме
