В файле /etc/services нет строки для сервера SANE, поэтому он не стартует
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Установить и настроить xinetd и sane-server
2.Запустить сервис xinetd
Actual Results:  
В логи выдаётся: 
service/protocol combination not in /etc/services: sane/tcp

Expected Results:  
Нормальный запуск xinetd и сервера SANE
