<thetext>Package missing Conflicts: horde <= 3.0 in .spec that leads to unpredictable
results during upgrade.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. apt-get install horde (using Sisyphus from archive)
2. apt-get update (from current Sisyphus)
3. apt-get install horde -> crash!boom!bang! we have unworking horde installation.

Expected Results:
seamless upgrade procedure from older horde (maybe trigger instead Conflicts
what just copy old configs to another dir and prints warning message).</thetext>
