    <thetext>Ещё, пожалуйста, покажите полный вывод dmesg при загрузке с включенным ACPI
(прежде всего интересует начальная часть инициализации ACPI - перед &quot;ACPI: BIOS
passes blacklist&quot;). Вероятно, эту плату/BIOS придётся добавить в blacklist, а
для этого нужна идентификационная информация.

Да, кстати, а версия BIOS свежая? В некоторых случаях неработоспособность ACPI
может исправляться обновлением BIOS (если в новой версии исправлены ошибки в
DSDT). Что за материнская плата?</thetext>

таблицах ACPI. А информацию DMI это ядро не выдаёт (а надо бы...).

У вас есть возможность загрузить какое-нибудь ядро 2.4.20-alt* (например, то,
которое идёт с Master/Junior 2.2)? От него нужен опять-таки вывод dmesg -
информация такого вида:
