This data is used in several manners: * by CheckDep() (only when matching a dependency with a real package); * rpm_name_conversion() (only when making up an id for a duplicated package); * and by *CmpVersion(). The latter needs buildtime to determine the correct upgrade direction and can be called through the API with some externally supplied versions. In order to honor buildtime without changing the API and its clients, we pass buildtime inside the existing argument. (Also fixes ALT#36528) - Increase default APT::Cache-Limit in 1.5 times due to the extension of VerStrs (ALT#36775).
