Причина сохранилась: в libreoffice.spec:799 хак `subst 's/Education;//' %buildroot%lodir/share/xdg/math.desktop` правит копию в share/xdg, а /usr/share/applications/libreoffice-math.desktop создаётся скриптом bin/distro-install-desktop-integration (add_wrapper lomath …) отдельно, поэтому в установленном файле Education остаётся. Править нужно %buildroot%_desktopdir/libreoffice-math.desktop (либо оба файла). Перевешиваю на libreoffice.
