Шаги воспроизведения:
(проверял на виртуальных машинах qemu)
Развернуть сервер сетевой установки (на образе alt-server-11-beta1-aarch64.iso):
- Установить пакеты:
# apt-get install -y dhcp-server tftpd tftp-server-xinetd

- Настроить на сетевом интерфейсе статический адресс
- Настроить dhcp сервер:
