Бинарники (gnunet-arm, gnunet-core, gnunet-cadet, gnunet-fs, gnunet-nat-server и др.) вернулись в пакет начиная с gnunet-0.25.2-alt1 (переход на meson), задание https://packages.altlinux.org/tasks/399368/; в 0.26.2-alt1 их даже больше, чем в p11.
