В Outlook Web App подготовил несколько папок и отправил несколько писем. Далее добавил учётную запись в Thunderbird. Проблемы с отсутствием стандартных и подготовленных мною папок не наблюдаю. Письма и папки появляются как после нажатия на "Получить сообщения", так и согласно интервалу проверки. Единственное, что с синхронизацией календаря и адресных книг сейчас есть проблемы.
