На диске не оказалось pptp-client при наличии pptp пакета.
Чтобы выйти в интернет, нужен pptp-client,
чтобы получить pptp-client, нужен выход в интернет.

Кстати, 1.7.2 вышел.

А исходная бага -- не на pptp-client, а на mkimage-profiles-server.
