Во время установки получаю сообщение 

magic_quotes_gpc = Включено
Ошибка
Найти 'magic_quotes_gpc' в вашем php.ini и установить его в 'Off'. GOsa НЕ
запустится без исправления

На самом деле в данный момент magic_quotes_gpc=off.

В messages.po стоит 
#: setup/class_setupStep_Checks.inc:244
msgid "Search for 'magic_quotes_gpc' in your php.ini and set it to 'On'."
msgstr "Найти 'magic_quotes_gpc' в вашем php.ini и установить его в 'Off'."

Т.е. выставить его надо в on
