Вешая https://bugzilla.altlinux.org/attachment.cgi?id=2863 (патч), оставил по привычке тип на автомате; получился octet-stream, пришлось поправить руками.

Дорогая редакция, прошу исправить эту несправедливость :-)

И правда, багзилла пользуется именно этой информацией. В ближайшей перспективе - ничего не могу поделать, могу только посоветовать загнать баг на апстрим, чтобы там детект типа файла на стороне сервера дописали.

Спасибо, так и подумал; до апстрима сейчас не дотянусь.
