Конструкция %setup в Sisyphus RPM использует флаг -q (quiet) по умолчанию.
Может ее удалять утилитой cleanup_spec?

- buildreq: added --no-pruned option, enabled --pruned y default.
- stamp_spec, add_changelog, packagereq, buildreq: fixed quoting
  using shell-quote.
