/usr/bin/ht conflicts between attempted installs of ht-2.1.0-alt2.x86_64 and texlive-collection-basic-2018-alt1_5.noarch

Это вылезает в p9 при сборке дистрибутива. В Сизифе тоже
/usr/bin/ht from install of ht-2.1.0-alt2.x86_64 conflicts with file from package texlive-collection-basic-2019-alt2_7.noarch

да. надо будет конфликт добавить.
в texlive это tex4ht.
