(I don't know which component in Bugzilla is the most appropriate for this bug.) rsync.altlinux.org::ALTLinux/4.0/Desktop/4.0.2/iso/live.iso At a certain stage of booting, a message (ncurses-like) appears saying that there is no cdrom and asking to choose a module to load. I select ata_piix. Then it continues successfully. An unexperienced user couldn't do that. Also, finding the module in the list is burdensome: the list is huge and not alphabetically sorted. Perhaps, grouping into sublists according to the categories of the modules could make it better. Should be "Desktop 4.0" I believe (except that it's missing currently)...
Probably the same problem as Bug #12033 (the ahci module is not loaded automatically too).
the computer: Dell Latitude D610
Unlike Desktop-4.0.2, Server-4.0.1 correctly loads ata_piix, in Rescue and in Installation modes.

В 4.0/branch исправления не будут вноситься уже технически (заглушена очередь на сборку), поэтому прошу ошибки, актуальные для sisyphus/p7/t7, перевесить на текущие ветки или сизиф.
