Description Ivan Zakharyaschev 2009-01-23 11:50:17 MSK
epiphany-2.24.2-alt1

How to reproduce: open a long local HTML file, scroll to some place, then edit the source file.

Result: epiphany reloads the page on change, and shows the initial position (the beginning or the anchor that has been given in the URL).

So, I loose the point I've been looking at.

Expected: epiphany tries to show more or less the same point after autoreload as it used to show before.

(Of course, it's not quite clear what "more or less the same" means in the modified page, but perhaps there is a reasonable solution... AFAIR, firefox does show more or less the same page after a manual reload.)

Typo:

AFAIR, firefox
does show more or less the same *point* after a manual reload.
