In version 197, udev changed so much that /etc/rc.d/init.d/udevd doesn't work properly, see

sysV. После обновления до текущего Сизифа и перезагрузки пропал доступ к последовательным портам (было root:uucp, стало root:root). Помогло добавление --action=add в /e/r/i/udevd.

Надо что-то решать.

не правда (про тему ошибки) - это systemd-udev-trigger.service синхронизирован с /etc/rc.d/init.d/udevd :)
Отправил systemd-197-alt2, в /etc/rc.d/init.d/udevd добавил --action=add. Что делать с systemd-udev-trigger.service - пока не знаю, т.к. --action=add добавляет больше проблем в systemd, из-за удаления базы udev в initrd.
