В описании темы Default-kde
(/usr/share/apps/ksplash/Themes/Default-kde/Theme.rc) название указано
как Default ([KSplash Theme: Default]), хотя оно должно совпадать с
названием каталога, в котором лежит тема (т.е. [KSplash Theme:
Default-kde] )

"It is important that the name of the directory under which the theme
files are stored (~/.kde/apps/ksplash/Themes/MyCoolTheme in our case)
and the identifier ([KSplash Theme: MyCoolTheme]  in our case) of the
theme in the Theme.rc file are identical. Otherwise, KSplash will not
recognize the theme."

При таком раскладе если выбрать ksplash Default-kde, вместо него будет
показываться Default (из пакета design-graphics-sisyphus).
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Запустить kcontrolcenter
2.Выбрать в настройках экрана загрузки тему Default-kde
3.Перезапустить KDE
Actual Results:  
Вместо темы Default-kde при загрузке KDE показывается сплэш Default
