В бинарном пакете emacs-xtla отсутствуют файлы:

xtla.elc
xtla-browse.elc
xtla-tests.elc
xtla-tips.elc

В результате без установки emacs-xtla-el пакет неработоспособен.

Похоже, это происходит из-за отсутствия emacs-gnus в BuildRequires:

Вроде бы gnus обязателен только при компиляции, так что в Requires его можно не
добавлять - только в BuildRequires.

Исправил в новой версии.
