Some letters in a selection in a Czech text aren't shown.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. evince http://www.opera-praha.cz/tours/wp-content/janacek-jenufa.pdf
2. Select the first line with the mouse: "Podvečer. Osamělý pohorský mlýn.
Vpravo před"

Actual Results:  
In the selection, "č", "ě", and "ř" can not be seen. (Although, when I paste it
to gedit, these letters are correctly pasted, so, this means, they are correctly
encoded in the PDF and could in principle be shown in evince.)
