It might make sense to apply patches mentioned here:
http://bugzilla.openvz.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1002
and build an updated kernel for 4.0.

(BTW есть ещё два i586-хоста с этим же ovz-smp, один 2xPIII ~1.5 года, другой -- P4 ~2 месяца; там до сих пор никаких подобных проблем не наблюдалось)

As the bug might take quite a while to manifest itself, let's consider this bug fixed; I'll reopen it or file another one if that particular problem is there again.
