Что интересно,

# apt-get install perl-Math-GMP

perl-Math-GMP is already the newest version.

А вот perl-Net-SSH-Perl у меня вынесло при вчерашнем dist-upgrade.

В пакете запакована всего лишь одна man страница!

Секция %files должна выглядеть так:

%perl_vendor_archlib/Math*

man страницу паковать не надо.
В спеке исправить лицензию на LGPL.
