I start stardict in a KDE session, set it up for being minimized on startup, and want it to be started every KDE session.

But this doesn't happen.

If I do "Сохранить сеанс" from the K menu, and then log in into KDE once again, stardict isn't started.

I also tried to find an appropriate place in the KDE settings to write stardict there, but I didn't find such a setting.

Expected: there is a clear way to make KDE start stardict in every session if desired.

Workaround: use ~/.xsession.d/ (but this method is not known to an unexperienced GNU/Linux user).

Возможно, какая-то особенность есть. qstardict попробуй

Это шутка? Автозапуск не замечал на рабочем столе или верхнем уровне меню?
