по аналогии с ui-file/ui-blob хорошо бы сделать ui-redirect чтобы если требуется прямое перенаправление (например при выборе между двумя урлами) оно происходило быстрее и не требовалось делать для этого фейковые index.html файлы. 
Пример /trust -> trust/master или trust/slave в зависимости от роли.
