После предоставления пользователю доступа к модулю ЦУС, пользователь как и прежде не может им воспользоваться с access denied. Ручной перезапуск web-интерфейса решает проблему.

Хорошо бы автоматизировать этот рестарт, чтоб настройки доступа вступали в силу сразу.
