Попробовал для себя собрать FileZilla 3.4.0, требует патч:
configure: error: Broken version TinyXML library detected. See http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=3031828&group_id=13559&atid=313559 for details. If you cannot fix the version of TinyXML installed on your system, you can use the copy of TinyXML distributed with FileZilla by passing --with-tinyxml=builtin as argument to configure.

2.6.1 не содержит исправления этой проблемы, как и 2.6.2.
Проект выглядит заброшенным.
