run-tests.php требует переменную окружения. 
Было бы не плохо по умолчанию ее обьявлять.

export TEST_PHP_EXECUTABLE=/usr/bin/php

В аттаче патч, но сам не собирал.

Я не хотел бы добавлять лишние переменные окружения без острой на то необходимости.
Предлагаю это делать тому, кому нужен run-tests.php
