Пакет имеет зависимости на

/usr/lib*/xulrunner/xulrunner  
/usr/lib*/xulrunner/xulrunner-bin

которые являются внутренней кухней и не гарантируется их название и вообще существование. Собственно, что и произошло в xulrunner-15.0.

Для вызова xulrunner есть /usr/bin/xulrunner.
