В пакет запакованы страницы: 
1. /usr/share/man/man1/ntpdsim.1.gz
2. /usr/share/man/man1/ntpd.1.gz

При установленном openntpd (упакована страница ntpd.8.gz), при запросе "man ntpd" выводится страница из пакета ntp-utils, что только путает, т.к. содержимое страницы от другого демона.

man1/ntpdsim в 4.2.6 отсутствует.
