If PPP authentification fails xl2tpd leaks file descriptors.

There are a lot of messages in /var/log/messages like:

Dec 30 18:37:54 phenom pppd[8770]: Failed to open /dev/pts/1: No such file or directory
Dec 30 18:37:54 phenom pppd[8762]: Failed to open /dev/pts/0: No such file or directory
Dec 30 18:37:54 phenom pppd[8770]: Failed to open /dev/pts/1: No such file or directory
Dec 30 18:37:54 phenom pppd[8770]: Failed to open /dev/pts/1: No such file or directory

Fix https://github.com/xelerance/xl2tpd/commit/1abbab899c138e4388a94d1655068c1094944913 is released in xl2tpd 1.3.1
