В пакете aria2
%__install -pD -m755 src/aria2c %buildroot%_bindir/%name

Прошу исполняемый файл называть как есть (aria2c), а если по каким-то причинам нужно, сделать симлинк с именем %_bindir/%name.

Файл aria2c требуется в том же kiwix.

Могу сделать сам, если @qa добавят к ACL пакета aria2.
