с новыми ядрам 3.14.x не собирается однако

свежий есть тут: http://download.etersoft.ru/pub/Etersoft/CIFS@Etersoft/stable/x86_64/ALTLinux/p7/etercifs-5.4.10-alt0.M70P.1.noarch.rpm
