ratpoison-1.4.5-alt3.20090912.qa1

It provides an Emacs Lisp library for:
* communicating with ratpoison;
* a mode for editing ratpoisonrc.

Here it is:

# rpm -q ratpoison -l | fgrep .el
/usr/share/ratpoison/ratpoison.el
# 

But it is not hooked up by Emacs, because it is not in the site-start.d.

I suggest to symlink it.
