сценарий простой:
1. hsh --initroot-only
2. hsh-install ahttpd
3. share_network=1 hsh-shell --rooter --mount=/proc
4. там запускаю alteratord и ahttpd
5. при попытке входа не пускает, в лог сыпется:
<82>Feb 23 21:11:11 alterator-chkpwd[29837]: pam_tcb(alterator-chkpwd:auth): crypt_ra: Invalid argument
<85>Feb 23 21:11:11 alterator-chkpwd[29835]: pam_tcb(alterator-chkpwd:auth): Authentication failed for root from caller(uid=0)

Возможно, чего-то не хватает в чруте?

Возможно, сервисы попадают в неожиданное окружение под fakeroot.

На текущем сизифе (30.06.16) не воспроизводится. Войти можно.
(cтавил еще firefox, xauth, fonts-ttf-xorg,fonts-bitmap-misc, passwd для того, чтобы войти из firefox из hasher).
