Уже несколько месяцев не работает на сервере УЦ, никак руки не доходили разобраться. 
Сейчас попробовал на чистой установке на sisyphus не работает
обратил внимание что в acc - вообще уц не обнаруживается

Потому что модуль давно не поддерживается и потому скрыт из меню средствами Alterator.
