rpm-4.13.0-alt3.x86_64

In ALT's previous rpm-4.0.4, the location was: /usr/bin/rpm

In the new package, the location is: /bin/rpm

This might break some existing scripts.

(Probably, in RH, it is /bin/rpm . So, a symlink would give the compatibility with ALT and RH.)
