добавить опцию --enable-natevents  для  configure, то есть
./configure --kdir=%_usrsrc/linux-%kversion-%flavour-%krelease
--enable-natevents

Просьба собрать модуль ipt_NETFLOW с поддержкой NAT EVENTS (--enable-natevents).
Для возможности собрать модуль с ядром 6.1 и опцией --enable-natevents - нужно обновить исходники модуля на последние с github.

У пакета нет маинтайнера.
