...поскольку:
1) несвободная (non-commercial);
2) неподдерживаемая (см. URL);
3) не собирается на текущем сизифе:

pdflib_tcl.c: In function '_wrap_PDF_open_pdi':
pdflib_tcl.c:502:19: error: 'Tcl_Interp {aka struct Tcl_Interp}' has no member named 'result'
     sprintf(interp->result, "%d", _result);
                   ^~
Могу сделать NMU.

Пока собрал 7.0.5p3, но других пользователей, кроме gnuplot, у неё в сизифе нет:
