sisyphus_check-0.8.43-alt1 produces the following diagnostics:

kup-server-0.3.4-alt1.noarch.rpm: Invalid path names: /var/lib/run/kup /var/lib/run/kup/lock
sisyphus_check: check-fhs ERROR: FHS violation
