В нашем psutils исходники еще 2008 года.
Но с тех пор psutils развивался, сначала в svn,
потом разработка в git

Url: https://github.com/rrthomas/psutils
(и вставить Url: в spec)

текущая версия 1.23
примеры пакетов:

Отмечу крайне жесткий acl для полузаброшенного пакета:
psutils rider force george
стоило бы добавить как минимум @qa.
