Причина поломки сборки -- новый пакет llvm7.0 и удаление с его появлением пакетов llvm6.0-devel и clang6.0-devel, которые стоят в buildreq rust, chromium, firefox*, thunderbird. Видимо, нужно заменить 6.0 на 7.0.
