При обновлении до сегодняшнего Сизифа поймал:

Symlinks strike again. На необновлённой системе:

# file /usr/avr /usr/avr/include /usr/avr/lib /usr/lib64/avr/include  /usr/lib64/avr/lib
/usr/avr:               symbolic link to `/usr/lib64/avr'
/usr/avr/include:       symbolic link to `../../../usr/include/avr'
/usr/avr/lib:           symbolic link to `./'
/usr/lib64/avr/include: symbolic link to `../../../usr/include/avr'
/usr/lib64/avr/lib:     symbolic link to `./'

Чуть не забыл, до обновления было:

avr-libc-1:2.0.0-alt5 
avr-gcc-c++-4.9.2-alt4
avr-gcc-4.9.2-alt4
avr-binutils-2:2.26-alt1

Снёс всё, dist-upgrade, поставил, теперь не могу вернуть avr-binutils:
