Сейчас в Сизифе есть hwinfo-21.23-alt1.aarch64.rpm, значит, он как-то уже был собран раньше, однако сейчас hwinfo на aarch64 не собирается: http://git.altlinux.org/tasks/223881/logs/events.2.1.log
